Tiqqun ʿOlam has to become tangible.
The regional vision matters because people matter. Hashlamah joins scholarship, reconciliation, and conflict resolution to ordinary, repeatable acts of community care—both in Eretz Yisrael Hashlemah and wherever Jewish and Muslim communities need healing around the world.
Hashlamah Project Study Circles
Jewish and Muslim co-facilitators create structured spaces for prayer, source-based study, difficult dialogue, and durable relationship.
Movie Nights
Community film nights create a low-barrier place to gather, learn, talk, and build relationships. Screenings can be paired with historical context, lectures, facilitated discussion, or simply the social experience of sharing a story together.
Lectures, Seminars, Reasoning Sessions & Public Learning
Hashlamah produces and hosts educational programming on Jewish–Muslim history, Judeo-Sufism, Israel and Palestine, religion, conflict, reconciliation, and related subjects.
Shared Learning Across Difference
Hashlamah creates spaces where Jews and Muslims can sit side by side, learn seriously, recover historical memory, and practice forms of encounter that reduce hostility instead of deepening it. This is not limited to one region; it is part of the Project’s wider global mission wherever Jewish–Muslim healing is necessary now more than ever.

From the Hood to the Holy Land
Hashlamah’s food and clothing drives operate under a single campaign identity: From the Hood to the Holy Land. The point is to connect neighborhood mutual aid with a larger culture of regional solidarity and sacred responsibility.
Pre-Shabbat / Jumuʿah Bill Pay
Each Friday, Hashlamah seeks to help people in need with urgent household bills before Shabbat and around the Friday Jumuʿah rhythm. When funds are available, direct assistance helps relieve immediate financial pressure on neighbors facing shutoffs, overdue utilities, housing pressure, transportation costs, or comparable urgent needs.
Community Self-Defense
Defensive preparedness is part of communal resilience, but it is not the centerpiece of Hashlamah’s public identity. Specialized training and the restoration of Israelite “Magen David” martial culture are presented through Three Temples Martial Culture ↗.

Study Circles, public events, educational projects, and community care become nodes in a wider Hashlamah network linking people willing to practice reconciliation rather than merely endorse it.
Fund both the vision and the neighbor in front of us.
Recurring support is especially valuable because several forms of community care—including Friday bill assistance—are recurring by design, and because global reconciliation work requires continuity, not one-off gestures.
